Podcast: Christian Theologies of Salvation: A Family History
Christian Theologies of Salvation: A Family History is a course reviewing the discussion Christian theologians have been engaged in since the first century concerning salvation in Christ. Covering key figures and ideas in the Patristic, Medieval, Reformation, Enlightenment, and Modern eras, this material is presented with the intention of encouraging Christians to evaluate and orient their own assumptions about salvation in light of the broader historical context. We will use the book “Christian Theologies of Salvation: A Comparative Introduction,” edited by Justin S. Holcomb, as a guide.
